Shipping Policy

All the items purchased from Bhakti Pooja are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase vide India Post/FedEx/UPS/DHL. The shipping charges depend on the volume of the items and will be added to your cart when you checkout. The delivery time is 3-4 days across the world. We will email you the tracking no. as soon as the order is shipped and you can track the status at the relevant courier service website.

Free Shipping Conditions: Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000. However, if the total weight of the ordered items exceeds 2 kg, additional shipping charges will apply. In such cases, we contact the customer before dispatch. If the customer agrees to pay the additional shipping charges, the order is shipped; otherwise, the customer may request a refund.

CUSTOM DUTIES:

Most of the shipments are received by the customers without any duty charge levied on them. However, custom duties if applicable, have to be borne by the recipient of the goods.
