Shaligram Mala ( शालिग्राम जी की माला )

Shaligram is found in Gandaki river Nepal which is particular type of mainly Black stone. Its origination place is also likewise of Sankha, Moti or Gomati Chakra which are Aquatic State. Shaligram is holy and Powerful stone in-universe in form of Murti(Shila or Statue) so while installing it is not needed pran pratistha because shaligram is Lord Hari Himself. Shaligram is lord Vishnu pattern like wise Linga is the pattern of lord shiva. Mostly Sri Shaligram Shila is black in its colour and smooth in natures. Shaligram is worshipped worldwide by Hindu, mostly Vaisnava and Lord Vishnu devotees. Keeping Shaligram in the house is similar and Equals to offering respect to Lord Vishnu. If we keep Tulsi(Holy Basil) and Shaligram together it will not create poverty, money problem, unhappiness,fearness, illusion in that house. Any Diseases insects will not enter in that home.

Shaligram is also found along with lord Vishnu chakra. It is found in one chakra( 1 circle marks), Some Shaligram with two chakras, three chakras to unlimited beautiful chakra marks(Circle mark). Each Chakra is described as different name and form of Lord Vishnu. Unlimited chakra is Described as Lord Vishnu Anantha(uncountables chakra/Anantha Narayan). One chakra is described as Sudarshana salagram like wise for rest number of salagram denotes lord vishnu each name whose all name is described in Hindu religious Script Vishnu Puran.Shaligram is also found with marks and appearance with Sankha(Conch), Gadha, hole, big, small size, round, oval, different colours like red, yellow, mostly black.

Importance of Shaligram Shilas – Shaligram Worship

Worship of Shaligram stone washes away all sin of past and present. One will attain Boon of 1000 Cow donation to Brahmin if someone worships Shaligram in house. Those bless worshipper is always near to lord narayana.

Lord Vishnu is easily pleased if someone offers Tulasi leaves to shaligram in the worship. Shaligram is kept nearby of Tulasi plant. Every Year Tulasi shaligram marriage(vivah) ceremony is also celebrated in the month of Kartik(Hindu month).

Shaligram shila should be worshipped daily.
